I was hesitant given the price point of this but I’m glad I went for it as a Christmas present for myself. Base is a lovely and solid walnut wood with wooden feet. The speaker quality is very nice as well, it doesn’t sound “tinny”. The light is a sensor which I didn’t realize when I bought it which is a nice touch. You hold the button to dim the light or make it brighter. The light is a nice warm color. The quartz point is beautiful and natural, it’s a quality piece of quartz as well. It’s a nice, chunky size with enough clarity to make the light really pretty shining through it. Good quartz crystal is reasonably pricey and so that paired with the wood base and the speaker quality, those three things, justify the price. My crystal fits more firmly into the base than the videos suggest, I had to gently work it in a bit to get it to fit. But I’m ok with that because it should be snug so the crystal doesn’t fall out or move around. The packaging and presentation is beautiful as well and thoughtful. I’m happy with it, it makes for a really pretty cordless accent piece. I have mine in the windowsill. Definitely would buy again and will get some as gifts for crystal loving friends.
